What is the refund policy?

Within 24 hours of the photo session, a partial refund will only be issued if the family does not show up for their photo session. Refunds will not be provided if families are late to their photo session.

What happens if I show up late for my scheduled time?

If you miss your scheduled time, we will try our best to fit you in at the end of all scheduled sessions for that day. Please note, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your family. Please make every effort to arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Question 3

How many people are permitted in each session?

The photo session will accommodate a max of seven people. Please reach out to info@eatopto.org if your photo session will have more than seven people in your party.

Question 4

How many poses are we allowed for this session?

Accepted Answer

We will take a maximum of six poses only per family.

Question 5

How will I receive my photos?

Accepted Answer

Each family will receive a link to their photo gallery within a week of their scheduled session.
